CyberGene offers a range of primer design tools. EazyPrimer™ is a fast and easy way to check secondary structures such as hairpin loops. You can also calculate annealing and melting temeratures in your primers.

 

GeneWalker™ is a comprehensive design program implemented in Java. GeneWalker calculates different secondary structures and alternatively annealing as well as other parameters.

 

You can conveniently check the status of an oligo order. All you need is your user-Id and either the order- or the labnumber. The tracking service can also be used to retrieve information about previously ordered oligos.

 

From order status you can also gather statistics about your previous oligo orders.
