Primer design

This is a simple utility for primer design. EazyPrimer™ is a fast and easy way to check secondary structures such as hairpin loops. You can also  calculate annealing and melting temeratures in your primers.

Primer design utility

Enter the primer sequence. The only valid characters are A, C, G, T and blanks, you can enter both upper and lower case characters. Any blank characters are omitted from the sequence prior to analysis.
