CyberGene provides High Quality Fluorescent Oligos. The oligos are normally produced up to 80 bases but length restrictions might apply to some dyes. Reverse-phase HPLC is the purification method of choice.
Flourescent Oligos are delivered either lyophilized or in aqueous solution and concentration is measured by spectrophotometer. The Oligos are shipped in dark 2 ml screw cap tubes within 5-6 working days.
