CyberGene provides High Quality Dual-Labelled Probes for quantitative PCR (qPCR). Each oligo can made in any synthesis scale. Reverse-phase HPLC is the purification method of choice.
Dual-Labelled Probes are delivered either lyophilized or in aqueous solution and concentration is measured by spectrophotometer. The Oligos are shipped in dark 2 ml screw cap tubes within 3-5 working days.
