Standard oligos works perfectly with many applications such as PCR, sequencing and many more. Depending upon the synthesis scale, 0.02 or 0.05 µmol, standard oligos can be synthesized to a maximum length of 35 respectively 45 nucleotides (nt). The default purification method is reverse phase cartridge which it's free and gives you very pure and high quality oligos.

 

All oligos are delivered either lyophilized or in aqueous solution and concentration is measured by spectrophotometer. Standard oligos are shipped in 2 ml screw cap tubes within 2-3 working days.
