The Visualizer™  software has been developed by CyberGene in order to assist users of ChromoQuant^® in their daily work. As a ChromoQuant^® user you will be licensed to use the Visualizer™ software.

 

Decision support system

 

The Visualizer™ software imports analysis data from *GeneMapper™ (ABI) and *Genetic Profiler™ (MegaBACE™). By using Visualizer™ your analysis work will be performed automatically and the results will be interpreted objectively. Visualizer™ will be a support in approving the results obtained by the ChromoQuant^® QF-PCR kit.

 

Fast and objective interpretation of data

 

The objectivity is a result of the built in interpretation rules, based upon the guidelines set up by the Clinical Molecular Genetic Society "CMGS Best Practice Guidelines for QF-PCR for the diagnosis of aneuploidy".

 

Database with full traceability of data over time

 

Your Visualizer™ software will also function as a database and offers a sequre storage of the data with full traceability over time. The results can even be imported into your patient handling system.
